Deepavali and Xmas Celebration at SK Guru Kalgidhar

SK Guru Kalgidhar invited LCIH to join their Deepavali and Xmas celebration at their school. The Guest of Honour for the event is ADUN of Buntong, YB Sivasubramaniam.

Lion present were PP T. Sriskanda and Lakhmer Singh.

  4. Okay, I have a question. Same celebration can be celebrate more than once in Malaysia?

    1. Deepavali was on 6th Nov. You can celebrate on that day or earlier or later.

      Normally 3 weeks earlier or 3 weeks later.

      X'mas falls on the 25th of Dec. School is closed for holidays then so they decided to hav it this week. The last week of school for this year, Ijknifoog.

      YB is a Malay term for respect “Yang Berhormat”

  7. Indeed Malaysia is amazing. If you go to their night market "pasar malam" they call everyone older than them uncle/aunty no matter what race they are. I love to watch people with different backgroud and race speaking to each other using the same language. And not forgetting to add "..lah" in every sentences. Haha bolehlah. And yes, they celebrate everyone raya.
