Leo Club of Anderson (LOA) held their AGM at their school today.

Leo Advisor P. Velupillai attended the meeting.

Meeting with Lions from District 324 A2

LCIH 1st Vice President  R. Jeyasingam met with lions from District 324 A2.

On hand to meet him was DG Elect Karthik Babu for District 324 A2.

The coordinator of this meeting was RC Elect Senthil Kumar from the Lions Club of Vaitheesvaran Kovil Temple.

The District has requested LCIH to carry out joint projects with them.

Recruitment of new Members.

The Leo Club of Anderson had a recruitment drive to get new members for the club.

Leo Club of Main Convent Ipoh's 1st Anniversary Celebration

Leo Club of Main Convent Ipoh's 1st Anniversary Celebration was held at the school hall.

Lion P. Velupillai was the guest of honour representing President Eugene Ong.

Charter Nite of LC Bidor Classic

The charter nite cum installation of the President and BoD of the Lions Club of Bidor Classic was held at SJK (C) Choong Hua 2 Bidor. It was attended by Zone 11 Chairperson, IPP Emily Kong.

Presentation of Spectacles to two deserving students

LCIH presented spectacles to two students from the Methodist Girls' School. The spectacles were presented by MGS Leo Advisor, Lion P. Velupillai on behalf of the club.

Donation to UNITEN student

Donation of RM3,000.00 to Thaneshivaran a/l Ravichandran who is pursuing his studies in Bachelor of Power Engineering at University Tenaga Nasional. The cheque was collected on his behalf by his mother.

The cheque was presented by Membership Chairperson PP T. Sriskanda.

Donation to KDU Student

LCIH donated RM1,000.00 to Seran Nicholas Pillai to assist him for his living expenses while studying at KDU in Penang. 

The cheque were present by Membership Chairperson PP T. Sriskanda.

Donation for Lions Home

LCIH 2nd Vice President Evonne Chen attended the Tan Boon Bak Charitable Trust luncheon at Sun Lee How Fook Restaurant to receive a donation of RM3,000.00 for the Lions Home.

Joint Project by Zone 11

5 clubs in Zone 11 organised a joint project to distribute Lions school bags, biscuits and sideboard at SJK (C) Chong Hwa Kanthan Baru.

LCIH was represented by Zone 11 Chairperson IPP Emily Kong.

Educational Aid

The LCIH donated RM1,500.00 to assist Kavesha Renu, an acountancy student from Ungku Omar Polytechnic to ease her financial burden as from Dec to April 2019. 

On hand to present the cheque was Membership Chairperson PP T. Sriskanda.

Youth camp for Leos

Youth camp for Leos was opened by PDG Oon Peng Lam at Westlake International School, Kampar.

LCIH was represented by Lion Lean Siang Kai.

Donation for Heart Patient

LCIH donated RM500.00 to Mr. Manukaran for his son travelling expenses to Institut Jantung Negara for his medical examination.

Zone 11 Chairperson/Club LCIF Chairperson IPP Emily Kong attended the Installation of President and BOD of Lions Club of Ipoh Tin Valley at MH Hotel, Ipoh.

The function was held at Restaurant Hee Lai Ton, Seri Kembangan.

Lion Clubs Enviroment Project.

LCIH togather with 8 other Lion Clubs participated in this project for Ocean Awareness and Beach Cleaning in Tioman Island.

LCIH was represented by its treasurer Henna Tan.

President Eugene Ong attended the 55th Anniversary of Lions Club of Penang Host at St. Giles Wembley, Penang.
